Affordable testing is a matter of Public Health for any nations. Religious or ideological fanaticsm and US domesic terrorist groups will spread violence and bio toxin terrorism that governments can neither prevent nor protect the people against them. We will develop a Comprehensive and Effective Testing Program in response to any emergency need. Affordable testing can save lives and billions in medical cost. Controlled and limitted availability in the US have led to more 100,000 death from Covid-19 alone in 2020 and thousands of other fatalies from waiting to be tested. Developing these tests will cost less than $200K per disease. However, US system will continue to make tests needlessly expensive. Our Disease Testing Program will be for non-US use due to harassments and disinformation from these interests groups who prefer to keep healthcare costs high.

Many deadly diseases can be spread by animals, including household pets , to humans. With the increase of respiratory virus and others, periodic testing of household pets and farmed animals is advisble. We will develop an effective and practical testing program on both domesitic and farmed animals will cost less than $100K per disease to prevent dangerous diseases to humans. It will also help to maintain a safe food supply at the local and national level. Testing of domestic and farmed animals must be made affordable, easily available for a safe and lower food cost. Affordable testing helps farmers to test more often on more random samples. Household pets can be free of diseases if we make tests available to them at low cost.
There are 30+ ZOON0TIC DISEASES from Blastomycosis, Rabies, Psyttacosis, Histoplasmosis, Coccidiomycosis, Salmonella... COVID-19 and other respiratory virus also infect pets...
AFFORDABLE TEST SYSTEM FOR FARMED ANIMALS: This
will protect the farmers, the consumers and promote a SAFE AND HEALTHY FOOD SUPPLY. Making testing of farmed animals so expensive is bad for Public Health and bad for the economy.
Regular, Affordable Screening of diseases is basic to Heathcare

Adults over 40s must be allowed to access regular Fast and Simplified Screening of important diseases - at home when possible - for preventive maintenance. This is a public health security and a human right that people must be allowed to have easy access to so doctors can bettter prevent diseases for them . We will develop this Basic Screening Program to minimize and prevent diseases for nations who care about the health of their people by making them low cost and accessible.

to local doctors for action.
A Regularly Done Preventive Health Program will increase quality of healthcare, making doctors' work more efficient, reduce hospitalization rate and SAVE LIVES. By making these basic testing difficult for income and profit like in the US, we are producing more patients and to feed to hospitals instead of save lives. Modern technology can now produce reliable tests locally and affordably. This Plan cannot be done in the US but will be planned for any countries who care about the health of their people and willing to make testing more accessible and affordable. With some initial financial equipment support, we can provide testings for as low
as $200 per person per year for ALL IMPORTANT TESTS TO MINIMIZE HOSPITALIZATION RATE.
Lipid Panel and C-Reactve Protein Test
These basic cardio profiles are to view and detect potential heart diseases
Fecal occult test, Barium Enema Scan
Fecal occult test can and should be made home-useable to lessen handling and cost, allowing more to be tested.

This includes (1) Low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) and/or (2) Chest X-ray of the lung and related areas; (3) Sputum cytology as needed.
Hemoglobin Test
Must be done in all industrialized nations especially in the US due to the excessive amt of fast food and processed food
DHEA Test
DHEA is to evaluate adrenal function in male sex hormone production and sexual health and infertility in women.
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Test
Many especially women in the US and those who use/exposed to cosmetics often
Low cost Personal Ultrasound
Personal ultrasound devices for men and women for varous diseases are highly useful
These above testing programs are avaiable as a health and human service from Biopolygen with the funding help of the the People of The United States to any poor countries as a positive step towards saving lives. These are healthcare programs poor countries with inadequate healthcare
We will do a brief feasibility study about your country, need, resourses and discuss more details with you.
Discussions also to be made with your Government Agencies about the legal and work framework, issues, requirements, etc.
If the Plan is feasible, we will seek funding from USAID and charity and support organizations to finance the start-up plan.
Once funding is possible,
the organization, training, facility and inhouse practices will take up to 1 year to complete. Contribution from local private or government entities will be needed.
All Medical Testings are not free but a very low cost to expand the service to other areas. Our goal is to provide as many testing as possible in support of local health-care need.
